I build the nervous system of a building — and I teach the protocol it speaks.
What I take on
The whole low-current scope, a single stage of it, a protocol nobody else on site can read, or the job someone else walked away from.
Control and HVAC
- KNX design and ETS programmingVillas, offices and hotels, schematic through commissioning.
- HVAC integrationCertified KNX HVAC Specialist: valves, AHUs, FCU logic that holds setpoint.
- BMSDesign, integration and commissioning across trades.
- TIS automationA second building protocol, so the choice is made on merit.
Light and comfort
- Lighting control and DALIScenes, daylight harvesting, emergency test regimes.
- Rescue and takeoverInheriting an undocumented or half-finished installation and making it yours.
- KNX trainingDelivered as a KNX Association certified Tutor, for teams or individuals.
- As-built and O&MThe deliverable most projects hand over badly.
Networks and IT
- Structured cablingServer rooms, racks, containment, certification.
- Network securityFirewalls and segmentation, so building systems are not on the same flat network as everything else.
- Business IT operationsService desk, assets and change, shaped by ITIL 4.
- Self-hosted systemsMail, dashboards and backups you own outright. This site runs on exactly that.
Security and ELV
- ELV design and tender documentsCCTV, access control, PA/VA, SMATV: drawings, specs and a BOQ a contractor can price.
- Project managementRunning the ELV package across trades and through handover.
- Voice and intercomGrandstream certified, for IP telephony and door entry.
- Workflow automationQuotations, submittals and reporting, built to run without being minded.
Certified, and certified to teach it
KNX Association numbers are printed because they can be checked against the Association's own register.
مَن يتذكّر دمشق
A novel that is not the same book twice
Five parallel variants share a city, a cast and a set of events, and they disagree about what happened. Each is told by someone with a different reason to remember it the way they do.
You do not pick yours. A card does, once, and it stays yours — come back a year later and you get the same book. You cannot browse the other four, which is the point: a reader who can compare all five is reading a puzzle, and a reader who cannot is reading a novel.

Tell me what the building has to do
A drawing set, a protocol problem, a handover nobody documented, or a team that needs to learn KNX properly. Describe the scope and you will get a straight answer about whether I am the right person for it.
